Neptune
Neptune is the planet of inspiration, dreams, psychic receptivity, illusion, and with this confusion. Neptune rules spirituality, and all things subtle. On the up side, Neptune is associated with intuition and spiritual enlightenment.
It is associated with the sign of Pisces and the 12th House because it has the same themes. It is a very watery energy and has links with the element of water and emotions. Neptune is strongest when it is in Pisces because they symbolise the same themes so work well together because they are on the same page.
