Square
A square is an aspect in astrology. If you are unsure of what an aspect is look back at yesterday’s post. A square has an angle between two points in the chart of 90 degrees - hence the name square. The planets can either be 90 degrees apart or the same as 3 signs apart.
This aspect can be considered harsh, tense and challenging. Astrologists often talk about aspects as it being two planets having a conversation in the sky. So this aspect can cause tense, uneasy and challenging conversations in the sky.
This energy can be exactly what you need to get the job done and rise to the challenge or can cause you to stop in your tracks and be overwhelmed.
There needs to be a conscious effort to use these energies to help you move forward. You can do this by understanding the energy of both sides and how they interact. This information can be used to help you use the energy to your advantage directing it towards something dynamic and powerful for the right reasons.
If you have a lot of squares in your chart life can feel like a challenge, a battle or an uphill struggle. This doesn’t have to be the case though, if you take the time to understand the energies you are working with and put in the conscious effort in to use the information wisely.
